Die Casting Development
ALUNEX place a strong emphasis on every detail of our customers' orders and required specifications. Our aluminum die casting development process consists of several well-defined stages, each aimed at ensuring the highest quality and precision for every product.
The process begins with an in-depth discussion with the customer, where we review the design drawings and provide a detailed quote to confirm the project requirements and specifications. This is followed by an initial product meeting, where we conduct a thorough analysis to identify potential challenges and areas for improvement.
Next comes the mold design and manufacturing phase, where we create the mold based on the confirmed design specifications. Once the mold is produced, we move to the sampling stage, during which we perform trial production runs to validate the product's performance and quality. Following successful validation, a PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) assessment is conducted to identify any remaining risks and further optimize the design.
The process then transitions into small-batch production, where we test the production workflow and efficiency before scaling up to full-scale manufacturing. Once all production processes are fine-tuned, we enter the final mass production stage, ensuring that every part meets the required specifications and is delivered to the customer on time.
At every stage of the process, ALUNEX is committed to providing exceptional customer service, high-quality standards, and continuous improvements, ensuring that our aluminum die castings meet the highest industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
