Waste Gas Treatment

The aluminum die-casting process generates various types of waste gases, including those from metal melting, heat exchanger cooling, and combustion. We have deployed state-of-the-art waste gas treatment systems to capture and filter out harmful emissions, ensuring that they meet regulatory emission standards. This includes the management of metal oxide gases, smoke, and particulate matter, which are all efficiently filtered and neutralized before being released into the atmosphere. These investments protect the health of our employees and the surrounding environment, helping to ensure that air quality remains at healthy levels.

Wastewater Treatment

The die-casting process also produces wastewater, including cooling water, cleaning solutions, and oil-contaminated water. We have integrated specialized wastewater treatment systems to process and purify these by-products. By recycling water and minimizing waste, we prevent harmful pollutants from affecting local water sources and aquatic ecosystems. Our commitment to responsible water management supports the sustainable use of water resources in our community.

Green Energy and Renewable Resources

We are committed to driving the transition to renewable energy in order to minimize our environmental footprint and promote sustainability. In 2018, we took a major step in this direction by installing solar energy systems across our manufacturing facilities. By optimizing energy efficiency and transitioning to cleaner energy alternatives, we not only reduce our own carbon footprint but also lead by example, inspiring others in the industry to embrace green energy solutions.
