We will then get back to you with a detailed quotation as soon as possible, ensuring the best pricing and lead time for your project.

2. Who is responsible for my project?

Each project at Alunex is assigned to a dedicated sales representative, who will act as your primary point of contact throughout the entire process. From the moment your project is initiated, the representative will oversee all aspects—from design and development to production and final delivery—ensuring that your parts are manufactured according to your specifications and deadlines. This provides you with a single point of communication, making it easier to manage the entire lifecycle of your project.

3. How can I be sure that my design will be kept confidential? (Non-disclosure agreement)

4. How quickly can I receive my parts?

The delivery timeline for your parts depends on several factors, including the complexity of the part, the size of the casting, the required quantity, and any additional finishing processes. As a general guideline, sample production takes approximately 35 to 50 days, while **mold creation** typically requires around 30 days. For more complex or custom parts, additional time may be needed. Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide a more accurate delivery estimate based on the specifics of your order, ensuring that we meet your project deadlines.

5. Can my company obtain credit from Alunex?

For new clients, Alunex requires prepayment of the total order amount, unless otherwise agreed upon. After establishing a relationship and completing several successful orders, we may offer credit terms based on the volume of orders and the business relationship. Typically, after a period of cooperation, Alunex can offer a 30-day credit term for regular customers. However, mold orders always require a 50% upfront deposit, even for customers with established credit terms. The remaining balance is generally due after the T1 sample approval. Payment terms are negotiable based on your company’s specific needs, and we aim to offer flexible options for ongoing clients.

6. Do you have quality certifications?

Yes, Alunex has been certified under ISO 9001:2015, an international standard for quality management systems.
