A flat aluminum heat spreader with a black anodized surface. The black anodic layer significantly raises thermal emissivity, adding a radiative heat path alongside conduction and convection—particularly effective in sealed or poorly ventilated enclosures. Flat plate edges allow easy gasket-sealed assembly with O-rings or sealing strips.

Manufacturing & Customization
Anodic coating thickness and color can be controlled to customer specification. Where higher airtightness is required, porosity is managed during casting and sealed by impregnation.
