Product Overview
An aluminum die-cast heat sink with thick fins and a corrugated cross-section, developed for demanding high-vibration, dusty operating conditions. The corrugated profile disturbs the airflow across the fins and breaks up the thermal boundary layer, achieving higher convective heat transfer than straight fins of the same volume. The thick fins also provide high rigidity, resisting resonance and deformation during operation and transport.

Manufacturing & Customization
Fin thickness, wave pitch and wave height are tuned to the equipment's power density. Dimensions and flatness are inspected after casting, with optional sandblasting, anodizing or powder coating.
